All quoted product prices include delivery to the UK mainland and Ireland only. We use reputable carriers to deliver all our goods. We use our own delivery drivers for most jobs within Ireland. If you require special delivery instructions, please contact us to make the appropriate arrangements. Our carriers aim to deliver on time, however, we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries or any losses incurred, after goods have left our premises for delivery by a third party. the carriers are fully insured to cover losses but issue must be addressed with the carrier directly.
Deliveries to outside the UK and Ireland will be quoted for a time of your order being placed. this is to allow us to get you the most competitive quote from shipping partners.

- Priority print and dispatch only available in Northern Ireland on orders received before 12pm will be next day delivery (Mon – Thursday only)
When ordering via our website, payment may be made via credit card / debit card or PAYPAL directly. These payments will be handled via PAYPAL.

In Order to operate with high volumes. Once paid the order cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty. If there is an issue or fault. this MUST be reported within 24hours. The End Customer is responsible of shipping the goods back to At The Printers ltd. Please send all goods to our main address which is found on the contact us page.
If you want to cancel a job, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. A cancellation fee will apply if the order has been plated and / or printed.
All jobs must be approved before printing. When we receive your artwork via our ftp link, it will be processed through our RIP and you will receive, via email pdf that is what we will print. Once you are happy all you have to do is return an email to us giving us approval with printing your order.
Personalised products cannot be cancelled or returned as they have been made to your specific requirement/design by the end user. If there is an issue or fault. this MUST be reported within 24hours. The End Customer is responsible of shipping the goods back to At The Printers ltd. All refunds will be processed in 3-7 working days once goods are received and inspected by management.
If for any reason you need Attheprinters.com to make amendments to any artwork at the proofing stage this will be charged at £40 for 1 hour (Minimum), and then £25 per hour thereafter.
If you job is damaged, please advise us within 24hours of receipt, by emailing email@example.com. The job MUST be returned to receive a credit.
